Career Summary

Cook began her rallying career while studying car design at Coventry University in her native United Kingdom by entering a competition to find a female driver. Out of 1000 entrants, Cook came second. Keen to continue in the sport, she attracted backing from 300 companies and also sold her road car. The sacrifice paid off when she won class RC4 of the British Rally Championship Challenge in 2010. The success continued in 2011 when she became BRC Ladies’ Champion and also finished second in the Fiesta SportTrophy UK series. Cook made her WRC debut in 2012 by contesting the PWRC. Her best result was a second-place finish at the season-opener in Monte Carlo. This was followed by two sixth positions in Greece and New Zealand.
