Career Summary

Run by Citroen Racing Technologies from the same base that houses Citroen’s WRC operation, the Qatar World Rally Team will break cover on Rally Sweden with a single entry for Nasser Al-Attiyah, perhaps the country’s greatest sporting ambassador through his exploits as an international rally driver and an Olympian.

While Al-Attiyah has amassed considerable experience competing in the WRC, 2012 will mark his first campaign in a World Rally Car. However, he’ll be able to count on the support of long-term co-driver Giovanni Bernacchini, plus the might of Citroen’s engineering and technical know-how as he embarks on the next stage of his successful rallying career.
