Černý, currently third in the championship standings, has finished on the podium at all four rallies he has completed so far this season but has a unique challenge on his hands for this event.
For the first time in his career, the 32-year-old will be using English pace notes and has drafted in British co-driver Tom Woodburn to sit alongside him.
Italian star Enrico Brazzoli returns to action for the first time since Rally Italia Sardegna, while Zoltán László - winner of the last asphalt round in Croatia - rounds off the all-Ford Fiesta Rally3 entry.
Sami Pajari contests the rally with a similar Fiesta, however the Finn has opted not to score WRC3 points.
