The 34-year-old - who drove for M-Sport Ford’s top-tier squad in 2016 - has revealed plans to contest seven rallies aboard a Citroën C3 Rally2 car prepared by French team Saintéloc Racing with support from Citroën Racing.
His campaign begins at Rallye Monte-Carlo next week and will also feature outings in Croatia, Portugal, Italy, Estonia and Spain, with one other round still to be confirmed.
It’s going to be Camilli’s busiest season in a while. He started just three rounds last year but proved his pace by winning the category in Spain, although the last time he entered as many WRC rallies was in 2017 when he drove a Fiesta R5 for M-Sport Ford.
