wrc factbook / highlights 2016 fastest ever - finland record breaker: when kris meeke lashed his citroën ds 3 across the i- nish of the inal dirt speed test at july’s neste rally finland, the records went tumbling. he became the irst briton to win the classic roller-coas- ter event and only the sixth non-nordic victor. but the big one was his average speed of 126.62kph, which was the fastest in wrc history. 9
