HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE?

You can subscribe to WRC+ online at www.wrc.com/register and via the official WRC App

 

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.

You can request a new password here: www.wrc.com/reset

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

You can change your personal information in your profile overview. Once logged in, navigate to your profile site by clicking on your user name at the top of the page.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel your subscription immediately at any time and without any reasons if you change your mind.

If you want to cancel the subscription for the following period, you must cancel at least one day before your subscription automatically renews. The cancellation process is located on your profile page. In-App purchases via Apple iTunes Store or Google Play Store must be cancelled directly in the relevant store.

 

HOW LONG IS THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

 The subscription period is based on the subscription plan that you have purchased:

  • For the monthly subscription, the subscription period is 30 days. Please note that the subscription automatically renews after each 30-day period.
  • For the 12-month subscription, the subscription period is 365 day. Please note that the subscription automatically renews after each 365-day period.
  • The Season Pass subscription provide fans year-round access through the season until the end of the year December 31st. Season Pass billing subscriptions are auto-renewed at the full season price in January 1st, prior to the following season tip-off.

 

WHAT IS WRC+ AUTO-RENEWAL POLICY?

Auto-renew is the hassle-free system for ensuring you don't miss out on all the WRC content available in WRC+ by rolling over your annual subscription automatically from one subscription period to the next.

  • For the monthly subscription, the subscription automatically renews after each 30-day period.
  • For the 12-month subscription, the subscription automatically renews after each 365-day period.
  • For the Season Pass, subscriptions are auto-renewed at the full season price in January 1st, prior to the following season tip-off

 

CAN I USE MY ITUNES STORE/ GOOGLE PLAY LOGIN FROM MY PC / LAPTOP?

Yes, you can log in with your user name and password on any device

 

CAN I USE MY WEB LOG-IN IN THE OFFICIAL WRC APP AS WELL?

Yes, you can log in with your user name and password on any device.

 

WHY DO I HAVE TO UPDATE MY PASSWORD IN 2020?

Your privacy is of great importance to us. Therefore, with your first login to the new platform, your password has to be updated. After updating your password you will have access to all the content of the all-new WRC+

 

 

PAYMENT

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Accepted payment methods online are Credit and Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/JCB) and PayPal.

Purchases within the official WRC App are possible via Apple iTunes Store or Google Play Store.

 

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?

The payment process is included in the subscription process. For subscription via web browser you will need your credit/debit card  or PayPal information ready. For subscription via official WRC App you will need your Apple ID or your Google Account.

 

WHY DOES MY PAYMENT PROCESS NOT WORK?

If your payment process was not successful, please check that your card information is correct and the validation of your card. If it is still not working, please contact our support and/or your credit card supplier.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE?

WRC+ offers Promotion Codes for product discounts from time to time.

To use your Promotion Code, you must enter and apply the Promotion Code during the payment step at the registration process. After clicking “APPLY” you will see the discount directly added to the price of the product, then click “START PAID MEMBERSHIP”.

 

If the promotion code is wrong or not valid anymore you will get a note: “Voucher not found”. Promotion Codes are case sensitive. Be sure you enter the code exactly as it appears.

Please always make sure that you apply the Promotion Code before you proceed the payment process. If you have any additional questions pertaining to Promotion Codes or need further assistance in using the Promotion Code, please feel free to contact our support.

Please note that Promotion Codes are usually valid for a certain time period and certain important restrictions may apply:

  • Promotion Codes are not transferable.
  • Promotion Codes may only be used once and cannot be used on subsequent orders.
  • No cash or credit back.
  • Promotion Code must be submitted at time of order.
  • Expired codes are not valid.
  • Promotion Codes are not valid on previous purchases.
  • Limit one per subscription.

HOW MANY LIVE STAGES ARE AVAILABLE AT EACH RALLY?

All Stages of every rally are available to watch live. The stages you have missed you can watch them on-demand whenever and wherever you want up until one week before the following rally. Live TV stages of each rally are available on demand for unlimited lime in the highlights section.

 *Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, that fall outside of our control, like technical or environmental issues, we might not be able to offer all stages live. WRC TV travels around the world to very remote places with extreme conditions that make the emission not possible sometimes.

 

WHICH ONBOARDS ARE AVAILABLE AND WHEN?

At least the top 10 drivers’ onboards will be available a few hours after each stage

 

WHICH LANGUAGES ARE AVAILABLE?

All WRC+ content is available in English. All stages are available with live commentary Spanish.

Internet connection:

A broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) of 500kbps or higher is needed for WRC+. If you have an internet connection speed of 3.0Mbps or higher and your computer meets the requirements below, you will be able to enjoy WRC+ content at its highest video quality. You can check the speed of your internet connection at www.speedtest.net. Keep in mind that the speed of your internet connection may vary on mobile devices especially if you are not connected through WIFI.

ON HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I USE WRC+ AT THE SAME TIME?

WRC+ supports two concurrent log-ins per subscription. This means you can access your WRC+ subscription on more than one computer or device simultaneously.

 

AFTER I SIGN IN AND CLICK ON A VIDEO OR FEATURE, I ONLY GET A SPINNING CIRCLE (OR EMPTY BLACK SCREEN OR WHITE SCREEN). WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This may be related to a web browser media player plug-in issue. Follow these steps to resolve:

First step, uninstall Adobe Flash Plug-in.

  • On a PC, do this through your CONTROL PANEL > ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS.
  • On a Mac, drag Adobe Flash Player from applications to your Trash; or use Finder to locate Adobe Flash Player install manager, and uninstall
  • Once you have removed Adobe Flash, ***restart your computer***
  • Finally, download/install Flash directly from Adobe's website: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

 

RESTRICTIONS

 

CAN I ACCESS MY WRC+ SUBSCRIPTION ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER OR DEVICE AT THE SAME TIME?

WRC+ supports two concurrent log-ins per subscription. This means you can access your WRC+ subscription on more than one computer or device simultaneously.

 

ARE THERE ANY PLACES WHERE I CANNOT PURCHASE WRC+?
