eSports WRC update
Nexl leads after Rally Poland

French gamer TX3_Nexl heads a close four-way fight for the lead of the eSports WRC after securing a third victory of the season at a virtual Rally Poland.

PS4 player Nexl delivered a peerless performance across four WRC 6 Poland stages, completing 3.9sec clear of second placed Speedbooster27. Jonno was a further four seconds back in third, with Hesto and Subee rounding off the top five.

With eight of the 13 rounds complete, Nexl tops the championship standings on 159 points. But just like the real WRC, it's tight at the top.

Fifteen points from Poland keeps Jonno in second place on 142 points, five points ahead of a hard-charging Speedbooster27. German gamer Hesto, a championship finalist in 2016, is fourth and still very much in contention for top prize of a Hyundai i20.

The eSports WRC gamers will be in action again later this month when they take on the flat-out gravel stages in a virtual Finland from 27 - 30 July.
