Scattolin is a hugely experienced co-driver who made his World Championship debut in 2000.

His career began in national rallies in his native Italy, but he quickly moved further afield and tackled a variety of World and European Championship events alongside a variety of drivers over the following two years.

Scattolin established a long-running partnership with Alessandro Bettega in 2003 and in 2006 the pair scored their first major success, winning the Ford Fiesta Sporting Trophy within the WRC.

They contested the Junior WRC in 2007 and 2008, mixing this with a busy schedule of events in the European and Intercontinental Rally Challenge.

A new association with Stefano Albertini focused primarily on Italian events before Scattolin before joined Fabio Andolfi for a European campaign in 2014 and a season in WRC 3 in 2015.

In 2016 he joined Lorenzo Bertelli in a Ford Fiesta RS World Rally Car and will partner his fellow Italian in a part-time programme in 2019.
