Scattolin is a hugely experienced co-driver who made his debut in the World Championship 18 years ago. This year he will embark on his second season at the sport's highest level alongside Lorenzo Bertelli.

Scattolin’s career began in 2000 on national rallies in his native Italy, but he quickly moved further afield, partnering Fabio Friserio on that year's Tour de Corse - Rallye de France, and tackling more WRC rounds with a variety of drivers over the following two years.

He established a long-running partnership with Alessandro Bettega in 2003, initially for a European Championship campaign, and in 2006 the pair scored their first major success, winning the Ford Fiesta Sporting Trophy.

He and Bettega contested the Junior WRC in 2007 and 2008, mixing this with a busy schedule of events in the European and Italian championships. A new association with Stefano Albertini led to more European and Italian events between 2009 and 2013, before he joined Fabio Aldolfi for an ERC campaign in 2014 and a season in WRC 3 in 2015.

In 2016 hehe embarked on a new co-driving partnership, calling notes for Lorenzo Bertelli on his second season in a Ford Fiesta RS World Rally Car. He’ll be back alongside the Italian in 2017.
