A two-time winner of the French Cup with David Salanon, Degout also won the French gravel and asphalt championship titles alongside Jean Marie Cuoq.

After 13 seasons at national level, Degout made his WRC debut at the 2015 Rallye Monte-Carlo, finishing seventh in the RC2 class with Skoda Fabia R5 driver Matthieu Margaillan.

He rounded off a busy 2017 season by navigating Salanon to victory at France’s Rallye du Var in a Ford Fiesta World Rally Car, and he’ll join Bryan Bouffier in a Fiesta at Rallye Monte-Carlo and Tour de Corse in 2018.
