A relative newcomer to the WRC, Pedro Heller is a recent convert to rallying and made his competitive debut in 2015 in his home country of Chile.

Driving an R2-spec car in the national championship, he was the class victor on six of the nine events he contested to win the category title. He graduated to the R3 class the following year, taking second overall at the Gran Premio Osorno Rally.

In 2017 Heller stepped up to WRC 2 at the wheel of a Ford Fiesta R5 run by M-Sport for five rounds. He also competed in Chile and won five rallies in a Peugeot 208 T16.

Heller remained in WRC 2 in 2018 and netted category podiums in Mexico and Argentina, as well as beating brother Alberto to win the national title in Chile.
