Founded in 1927, STOWA is known for its precision-engineered mechanical watches and functional design language rooted in aviation and marine timepieces. The partnership brings together rallying’s ultimate test of accuracy and endurance with a brand built on reliability, legibility and engineering integrity.
As Official Timekeeper, STOWA will feature across WRC events and platforms, including official timing outputs, service park installations and selected digital products. The collaboration will focus on connecting key rally moments - from stage starts and split times to podium finishes - with the craftsmanship behind STOWA’s watches, giving fans a tangible link between the sport they follow and the products they wear.
STOWA will also develop a dedicated WRC timepiece, set to be revealed in the near future, drawing inspiration from the championship’s demanding environments and the precision required to compete at the highest level.
“WRC is all about managing time under extreme pressure - every stage, every split, every second counts,” said Arne Dirks, Chief Marketing Officer of WRC Promoter GmbH.
“Together with STOWA, we will tell powerful stories around performance and craftsmanship that show fans how their passion for rally can live beyond the stages through beautifully engineered timepieces.”
The partnership marks a step onto a truly global stage with 14 rallies spanning gravel, asphalt, snow and ice across multiple continents.
Dr.-Ing. Daniel T. Roy, CEO of Tempus Arte Group said: “This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the company’s nearly 100-year history.
“As a specialist in precision mechanical timepieces, STOWA combines engineering, functionality, and design at the highest level - values that harmonise perfectly with the dynamism, performance, and technical excellence of the WRC.”
