WRC+ Focus: Season Review 1995

As voted by you the fans, this week’s WRC+ focus travels back to 1995, the year in which the history of British motorsport was set to change forever.




Retiring from the first two rallies of the season is far from a perfect announcement of your World Championship ambitions. But with a podium finish in Portugal, Scotsman Colin McRae began to turn his fortunes around in remarkable fashion, incredibly only finishing once off the podium over the remainder of the season.

Come along for this incredible season, that saw less than five points divide McRae and team-mate Carlos Sainz in a dominant performance for the Subaru World Rally Team.
