Voting begins tomorrow (3 November) on WRC.com, with Sébastien Loeb's victory at Rallye Monte-Carlo in 2022 taking on Craig Breen's unforgettable “Mayor of Brattby” interview from Rally Sweden a year later. Only one will reach the quarter-finals.
The competition looks back across five seasons of the Ford Puma Rally1, Hyundai i20 N Rally1 and Toyota GR Yaris Rally1, ahead of the arrival of new Rally1 machinery under the WRC27 regulations next year.

Loeb and co-driver Isabelle Galmiche gave that generation its first winners in Monte-Carlo. Its final appearance in Sardinia ended with Evans and Scott Martin becoming world champions after a fight with Oliver Solberg and Elliott Edmondson that lasted until the closing corners of the season.
Both moments feature in a shortlist which also includes Kalle Rovanperä becoming the youngest world champion, Thierry Neuville finally securing his first crown and Sébastien Ogier matching Loeb's record of nine drivers' titles.
There are breakthroughs for Solberg and Takamoto Katsuta, Sami Pajari's first three WRC wins at consecutive rounds, and the sight of Esapekka Lappi bringing a battered Toyota home to a Finland podium. Mārtiņš Sesks' surprise at his own pace in Poland also earns a place, alongside the stage-end joy which made Breen's Brattby interview so memorable.
HOW THE VOTE WORKS
The draw is fixed, with each moment facing one opponent at a time. The winner of each head-to-head vote advances through the quarter-finals and semi-finals towards the final. Fans can revisit both stories and watch the archive clips before making their choice in the official WRC.com poll.
The eight opening-round votes run from 3 to 12 November, with each poll open for 24 hours from 08:00 CET. The quarter-finals begin on 16 November and the semi-finals on 23 November. Final voting opens on 30 November, with the winning moment revealed on 4 December.
