Becs talks to EVEN boss Erik Veiby about the driver management business, and finds out more about the importance of physical and mental training with the firm's sporting director Roy Snellingen.
The drivers give their verdicts too, with Mikkelsen explaining why having a great back-office team helps him deliver great results behind the wheel.
We also hear from Lappi, who talks about the shootout selection event that sealed his place with EVEN management and put him on the path to his WRC 2 drive with Škoda.
