M-Sport chose this morning to reveal a technical breakthrough: an engine air filter dotted with extra-strong mints. A statement read: 'Using data extracted from both Rally Sweden and Rally México, we have been experimenting with ways to replicate the significant performance gains experienced in colder climates. This week, our researchers made a breakthrough by harnessing the natural cooling power of mint and we plan to implement these findings when the WRC returns to Europe next month.' Nice try...
