Testing for the 2019 WRC season is well underway – and the M-Sport Ford World Rally Team was one of the first outfits to kick off its preparations for Rallye Monte-Carlo (24-27 January).
The British team spent two days in the French Alps ahead of the new season opener to put Teemu Suninen and its Fiesta WRC to the test on asphalt roads close to Gap, the town that hosts the Monte Service Park.
Thanks to the magic of spectator-cam, we can see how the rising Finnish star performed as he and brand-new co-driver Marko Salminen encountered a mixed bag of wintry conditions in the south of France.
Suninen was confirmed alongside team-mates Elfyn Evans and Pontus Tidemand on the Rallye Monte-Carlo entry list earlier this month.
