The WRC gallery. Round 7: Poland

The first of a double-header of ultra high-speed rallies, PZM 73rd Rally Poland was based in the country's stunning Masurian Lake District and gave us a taste of what to expect in Finland later this month.
Here is a selection of some of our favourite photographs from Poland, courtesy of wrc.com snappers Jaanus Ree and At-World’s Andre Lavadinho.
Tänak's tunnel
This underpass formed part of the Mikolajki Arena Super Special Stage, run on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Even though the action was complete before Sunday's rain arrived, organisers watered the track to keep the dust down.

Road sweeping
Dani Sordo was second through Friday and Saturday's stages, which meant he faced almost as much loose gravel on the road as Sébastien Ogier ahead of him.

The view from the breakfast table
Here's another sight you won't see in circuit racing: Sunday breakfast with the World Rally Championship passing in front of your kitchen window. That's Henning Solberg driving by.

Flat and fast
Jari-Matti Latvala trails a wake of dust through one of Saturday's high-speed narrow stages.

Head to head
Sunday in Poland was all about the Andreas Mikkelsen and Ott Tänak. Here they are at the emotionally-charged finish ceremony.
