Sweden Super Special battles: you decide!
Rally Sweden organisers have invited wrc.com users to help choose the head-to-head pairings for the opening Super Special Stage on Thursday 11 February.
The rally aims to host a series of 'dream heats' at the 1.9km test in Karlstad, run in darkness as a prelude to the three days of forest action that follow.
Drivers will tackle two laps of the ice-covered horse-trotting track in head-to-head duels.
"We want all rally fans to get closer to Rally Sweden and the spectators’ suggestions will be the basis for how we, in cooperation with the FIA and the WRC Promoter, will divide the heats," said Clerk of the Course Stig Rune Kjernsli.

Last year Pontus Tidemand was the surprise winner of the opening Super Special. The Swede, driving a Ford Fiesta RRC, outpaced all the favoured World Rally Car drivers to top the standings by 0.3sec from Mads Østberg.
