Fresh look for Burns charity site

The Richard Burns Foundation charity, set up in memory of the 2001 world champion, has launched a new-look website.
Available here, the site includes news, details of fundraising initiatives and how money can be donated, plus information on upcoming events.
The foundation was established following Burns’ death from an astrocytoma, a virulent form of brain tumour, in November 2005. Its beneficiary for 2014 is the Chestnut Tree House, a hospice for children and young adults in southern England.
Pirelli motorsport director Paul Hembery, a foundation trustee, said: “Richard was a great driver but also a real friend. Not only that, he was a true fighter throughout his illness, who was always thinking of other people, even when he was very ill himself.”
