Fright for Latvala on penultimate stage in Finland
BREAKING NEWS: Latvala wins in Finland
Jari-Matti Latvala claimed his second Neste Oil Rally Finland victory when he won an enthralling eighth round of the FIA World Rally Championship in Jyväskylä.
The Finn, driving a Volkswagen Polo R, defeated team-mate and championship leader Sébastien Ogier by 3.6sec. Kris Meeke finished third in a Citroen DS3, a further 47.0sec behind.
Ogier won the rally-closing live TV Power Stage to take maximum bonus points. Latvala claimed two points for second with Meeke taking one.
