Munster, the son of former Belgian rally champion Bernard, began his career in 2017 with an Opel Adam Cup Car.
He finished second in the ADAC Opel Rallye Cup in 2018 and steered an Adam R2 to the Belgian junior title the same year.
He retained the junior crown in 2019 but also upgraded to a Škoda Fabia R5, which he used for WRC outings in Monte-Carlo and Finland, as well as a variety of European events.
Munster returned to Monte-Carlo with the Škoda in 2020 to finish fifth in WRC3, then swapped to a Hyundai i20 R5 which carried him to third in the European Championship that year.
He focused mainly on Belgian rounds during 2021, but still managed to record top 10 WRC3 results in Belgium and Italy.
A WRC2 campaign awaits the youngster for 2022 in a Hyundai i20 N Rally2.
