Isabelle Galmiche
With a rallying career spanning almost three decades, 2022 is set to be Galmiche’s biggest year yet.

The story so far
A regular on French rallies, Galmiche has well over 200 starts to her name.
She began competing in 1995 alongside local driver Laurent Viana and still co-drives for him today on a variety national events.
Galmiche had only started six FIA World Rally Championship rounds prior to the 2022 season, the majority of which came in 2013 when she co-drove for Junior WRC challenger Quentin Gilbert in a Citroën DS3.
However, she previously tested with nine-time WRC world champion Sébastien Loeb when he drove for Citroën between 2002 and 2013.
When M-Sport Ford announced that Loeb would pilot their Puma Rally1 car at Rallye Monte-Carlo 2022, Galmiche was chosen to partner the Frenchman. The announcement marked her debut in the WRC’s premier class.
