- Sunday’s Oserian test drops down into a bowl that giraffes, wildebeest, antelope and buffalo call home. The road section from the end of the stage to the main road is like a game drive in itself.
- Hell’s Gate National Park, where Sunday’s Wolf Power Stage is held, is celebrated for its wondrous rock formations, gorges and views of the Great Rift Valley. Fisher’s Tower, where the stage ends, is an extinct volcano housing rock walls perfect for climbing.
