The initiative, designed to boost female representation at the highest levels of rallying, aims to provide a stepping stone for emerging female drivers looking to elevate their careers. The programme attracted applications from around the globe, with the 15 most promising candidates being selected to participate in the Krakow Training Camp.
The training camp, scheduled for 16 - 18 September, will challenge participants across various areas. The comprehensive modules will cover fitness, media and public relations, mechanical skills and knowledge, pace notes, recce techniques and driving skills on both gravel and asphalt surfaces, using M-Sport Poland Ford Fiesta Rally3 cars.
An independent jury, composed of current and former WRC competitors and other motorsport professionals, will evaluate each candidate’s performance.

What’s in store for Women’s Programme finalists in Krakow
Next month, 15 candidates from 13 different countries will converge at M-Sport Poland's headquarters in Krakow for the next phase of the Beyond Rally Women's Driver Development Programme.
The three drivers who show the greatest potential will be chosen to compete in Central European Rally, round 12 of the WRC from 17 - 20 October, with fully supported drives in identical M-Sport Poland Ford Fiesta Rally3 cars.
Following the Central European Rally, one driver will be awarded a fully supported drive in the 2025 FIA Junior WRC season.
As revealed earlier this week, the 15 candidates headed for Krakow are:
