Hayden Paddon

A former Pirelli Star Driver, Paddon sold shares in himself to generate the funds to compete in the Production Car World Rally Championship in 2011. Not only did he succeed in raising the necessary funding, the New Zealander also dominated the title race with four successive victories in his Symtech Racing-run Subaru Impreza run under the New Zealand World Rally Team banner. Compared to the late Colin McRae by co-driver John Kennard, Paddon is one of the sport’s brightest prospects for the future and will switch to the Super 2000 World Rally Championship for 2012, driving a Skoda Fabia for the Spanish ASM Motorsport operation.
