Benito Guerra

Guerra underlined his potential by claiming a podium finish during his first season in the PWRC in 2011. In 2012, Guerra followed this promising start up by winning the overall PWRC championship with the Ralliart Italia team and co-driver Borja Rozada. He took maximum points in Mexico, Argentina and Spain. Allied to strong points finishes in Greece and Germany, Guerra finished the season with 109 points, 21 ahead of runner-up Marcos Ligato. He will hope to defend his championship as the PWRC becomes WRC 3 this year.

Away from the stages, Guerra works as a test driver for Renault and Ariel in his homeland, where he also runs a school for aspiring racing drivers.
