You've already had one second place, do you think in 2010 you'll be ready to challenge for your first win?
"I don't know. It's too early to talk about victories for the moment. Perhaps I could try but it's not the target to go out and attempt to win a race. The priority is to finish as many rallies as we can and try to get good positions for the championship. I'd like to get some podiums, though."

Do you think the number of new stages in the 2010 WRC will help you in your fight with the more experienced drivers?
"Yes, new rallies and new stages are good news for me. We saw this year in Poland and Australia that when we have the same experience as the other drivers it's easier to compete with them. For me 2010 looks like a positive calendar."

Can you see yourself driving for the main Citroen team soon?
"The goal for the moment is to continue to progress and maybe to be ready at the end of the season to go to an official team. I think it is a plan of Citroen to give me the opportunity to learn for one more year so that in 2011 or maybe 2012 I could be a good driver for them for the official team."

What testing will you do before next year?
"The testing really begins in January, but maybe I will do the Arctic Rally with Kimi as well, as preparation for the Swedish rally. That's not for sure at the moment but it's possible."

Concerning your team-mate - do you think you'll be teaching him or will he be teaching you?
"I think it can be a bit of both. For sure when it comes to rally I have more experience - okay, not too much - but still more than him, so I think I can give him some advice to help him progress more quickly. But also I think I can learn from him. He is an F1 World Champion so I'm sure he can help me!"

You've got a couple of months until Sweden, What else will you do in your spare time?
"Until the New Year I'm trying to relax a bit, but I've already started my physical training for next season. I'll continue to do some sport, and generally prepare for when the driving starts in January. There's a chance I will do the [non championship] Monte Carlo Rally again - that's a special rally for me because I live close to Monte Carlo and I won it last year in a Peugeot 207. I really want to try and do it one more year. It's a good opportunity to get experience for the WRC and maybe in 2011 it will be back in the series."
