Win drivers’ noses on wrc.com!

Ford's World Rally Championship drivers proved they had a nose for fun when they lent their support British charity Comic Relief's fund-raising Red Nose Day during the Cyprus Rally.

Since 1985 Comic Relief, which is held in the UK every two years, has inspired people to have fun while raising cash to help disadvantaged people turn their lives around across Africa, throughout the world's poorest countries and also in Britain.

'Do Something Funny for Money' is Comic Relief's catchline, and Mikko Hirvonen and Jari-Matti Latvala got into the spirit of the event by wearing the charity's hallmark plastic red noses during the opening day of the rally.

"Three days of flat out driving over Cyprus' mountain roads is a serious business, so I wasn't going to turn my nose up at having some fun along the way," said 28-year-old Hirvonen.

All three BP Ford Abu Dhabi Rally Team Ford Focus RS World Rally Cars were fitted with special magnetic red noses for the rally and team personnel in Cyprus, and back at the team's UK base, collected donations which helped boost this year's total raised to more than £59 million.

To help publicise this year's Red Nose Day, Mikko and Jari-Matti have signed and handed over their noses (seen left) for us to give away on wrc.com. We've also got two Ford team t-shirts - each signed by both drivers - up for grabs.
