Another vital tool, the 17mm socket (used with the nut gun), is required for changes to key components including suspension, gearbox, track control arm, lateral link and sump guard.

Probably the largest and most expensive item in the toolbox is the torque wrench, which is used to ensure that all the nuts and bolts on the car are set to the correct torque setting. The most unusual object in the box is the telescopic mirror which is used to check for any damage in awkward sections of the car.
