Fans backing Sordo
for Germany podium

Dani Sordo has been handed a huge boost ahead of ADAC Rallye Deutschland getting underway on Friday with more than 70 per cent of WRC.com users predicting the Spaniard will score a podium finish on the asphalt event.

With one day of voting remaining, Sordo has been marked out as a firm favourite to land a podium finish on the FIA World Rally Championship round in the Prodrive WRC Team MINI John Cooper Works he shares with co-driver and countryman Carlos del Barrio.

Sordo bagged MINI’s first podium in the series on the Trier-based event last year and has high hopes of repeating the feat following four days of pre-rally testing, including two in Germany (pictured).
