SS4 - Rallye Monte Carlo update

Dani Sordo was fastest through the second stage of the day, taking his second win of the event and chipping a little time out of Loeb's overall lead.

Loeb was next fastest, two seconds back, but five seconds ahead of Mikko Hirvonen who was third.

Compared to the first test of the morning loop, the Burzat stage was wider and smoother - conditions which seemed to suit the Subaru Imprezas better than the slower, more technical sections. Petter Solberg was fourth-quickest - his most competitive performance of the event so far - while his team-mate Chris Atkinson in an identical WRC2007 rounded off the top five.
