Saturday’s second day of Rally Mexico is the longest of the event. Featuring 157 competitive kilometres and eight special stages it begins with the Ibarillo test (SS9) at 0824hrs. Teams will then tackle the Duarte and Derramadero tests, located to the east of host city Leon, before returning to the Poliforum for Saturday's main service.
The loop of stages will be repeated in the afternoon and the competitive action will conclude with two further runs through the Leon Superspecial.
Weather conditions were dry and sunny as cars left the overnight parc ferme from 0730hrs. As on day one, the temperature is expected to rise from 15 degrees Celsius at 0800hrs to around 28 degrees Celsius by mid afternoon.
Crews will tackle Saturday’s stages in overall rally order, which means Jari-Matti Latvala will be the first car through. Here is the rest of today’s WRC running order:
