Defending World Champion Sebastien Loeb says he found the first stage of the Jordan rally very difficult - and he’s not sure exactly why.
Loeb was the first of the WRC crews to tackle the stage and encountered more loose material on the road than those following, but the at the stage end he said his Citroen C4 WRC had been especially tricky to control.
“It was very difficult indeed, perhaps there’s something wrong with the differential, said Loeb. “The car is very difficult to control in slow speed sections, and in a couple of places I couldn’t keep the car right, I had a small spin and after that I was really careful.”
