FIA Junior Rally Championship driver Conrad Rautenbach makes the step up to a World Rally Car for the first time in his career with his entry in Wales Rally GB.
The reigning FIA African Rally Champion will drive a Xsara WRC, run by the PH Sport team which has prepared his Citroen C2 S1600 this year.
Rautenbach is one of 26 World Rally Car entries on the event which begins on November 30. The 22-year-old, who will be 23 by the time the rally starts, has yet to drive - or even sit in a World Rally Car, but he hopes to get the chance to test before the rally.
The WRC outing will be another highlight of Rautenbach's season, which began with outright victory on the legendary Safari Rally in Kenya and ended with clinching the African title when he won his home event in Zimbabwe.
