Taylor, one of the stars of the inaugural FIA WRC Academy season in 2011 and an ambassador for the FIA’s women in motorsport initiative, drove a BP Racing Citroen DS3 R3T in Finland and Wales with support from Liberali’s Italy-based United Business management firm. Although she failed to finish in Finland, the Australian was the third two-wheel-drive runner home in Wales in 20th overall alongside co-driver Seb Marshall.
Liberali said: “We are very pleased with Molly and Seb’s season, we were sure of their potential and we liked the maturity they showed in their gradual growth and improving performance. We are already working on the next season, considering the various proposals received. I can say that in 2013 Molly and Seb will certainly be at the start of a prestigious international programme to build on the experience gathered this year and I think next year will be a very important season for them. I have reasonable confidence that it will be the season of the true confirmation of Molly Taylor at international level.”
