British WRC fans have a new friend in Dave

WRC fans in Britain are in for their best season of television coverage ever, after new station Dave clinched a three-year deal to screen the sport.

British viewers will be treated to an hour-long show every week, starting with Dave’s Monte Carlo and season preview on the evening of Sunday January 20

Neil Duncanson, CEO of North One Television - the firm which produces the footage, said: “I’m really excited about this. Dave is a seriously up and coming channel, it’s available on freeview and the hour-long show is going to be genuine WRC entertainment for both the hardcore fan and the casual viewer.”

The show will be a bespoke production with its own soon-to-be-announced presenter. ISC CEO Simon Long added: “Naturally, we are delighted to have secured such a long-term commitment in the UK. Dave is very much a channel on the march and its plans to work with us to push WRC into the future were key to our decision to join forces.”
