Block
is back

Ken Block might not have any plans to return to the FIA World Rally Championship anytime soon but the American hero will be back in Europe this week for some more spectacular stunt driving.

The YouTube sensation will be performing a selection of his madcap driving moves, featured in the now legendary Gymkhana viral videos, at the Top Gear Live event in Birmingham, United Kingdom, from 25-28 October.

Block is no stranger to viewers of the hit BBC Top Gear television programme following a feature aired a few years ago when he took one of the presenters, James May, for a few hundred spins around a deserted airport.

“Top Gear is my favourite TV show in the world, so I'm very stoked that I'll be working with those three old blokes [Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and May] again this week,” Block said on his Facebook page. “I'll be driving my Ford Fiesta from Gymkhana THREE at their Top Gear Live event this Thursday in Birmingham. Should be a blast!”

Block will be sticking around in the UK, when he heads to south-east of Birmingham to Bedford and the Santa Pod Raceway for the Gymkhana Grid Finale event from 27-28 October.
