Young aces get
chance to sample
WRC Academy

Rising young rally stars can try the FIA WRC Academy for size on the season-closing rounds in France and Spain under a new initiative introduced by promoter M-Sport on ADAC Rallye Deutschland earlier this month.

Although he wasn’t able to score WRC Academy points in Germany, Slovakian Martin Koci was able to sample a range of benefits on offer in the young driver-training category, including the chance to pilot a Ford Fiesta R2 prepared for competition use to an identical specification by Ford’s factory FIA World Rally Championship team M-Sport, plus training from several industry experts.

Entries for Rallye de France Alsace close on 4 September with the deadline for RACC Rally de Espana set for 8 October.
