Mikkelsen tries the i20 for size
As he gears up to make his WRC debut with Hyundai next month, Andreas Mikkelsen has visited the team's headquarters to get familiar with the i20 World Rally Car and have a seat fitting.
The Norwegian and his co-driver Anders Jaeger visited the squad's workshop in Alzenau, Germany on Wednesday, the day after it was announced that he would join Hyundai for the final three rounds of the season.
Mikkelsen has some experience of the car, having tested it in Portugal in April, and he will get another chance to get behind the wheel at a pre-event test before his first competitive appearance at RallyRACC Catalunya - Rally de España [5 - 8 October].
