Barritt is regarded as one of Britain’s leading co-drivers having started competing 18 years ago. With 60 starts at world level under his belt prior to the 2014 season, he is certainly not lacking in experience.
Barritt has been a WRC regular since 2006 when he began a three-year partnership with Japanese P-WRC driver Fumio Nutahara. A full world rally car season with Conrad Rautenbach followed in 2009, before a switch back to PWRC in 2010 with another Japanese driver, Toshi Arai.
He navigated for WRC Academy front-runner Alastair Fisher in 2011 and 2012 before joining Welsh rising star Elfyn Evans in time for his breakthrough year in 2013.
